Our Rates

Everyone’s situation and needs are different, so there is no “one size fits all” answer. However, because we can provide as much or as little support as needed, we can customize our services to fit your needs and budget.

Our first one-hour consultation is free of charge.

During this time we’ll discuss your needs and time frame. After our initial meeting we will provide a written proposal of the scope of the project and a range of time/cost, based on what we determined during that meeting.

What’s important to keep in mind, is that small projects can quickly morph into something more complex and time consuming, making difficult to quote a fixed price.  What we find helpful is to set a realistic budget based on the inital project description.  Adding a “not to exceed” clause can also be an option.  This allows for a complete, mid project review, to clarify status and make any necessary adjustments.

Our fees are based on an hourly rate plus expenses.

A deposit is required at the time of the signing of the written agreement.  We will perform incremental billing as the project proceeds, with the balance due upon completion.  A written summation of the project will be provided, along with copies of receipts and any pertinent documentation.

Payment can be made with checks, direct deposit or credit cards.  We do charge an additional fee for the use of credit cards to offset the transaction fee.
